Screens - inherit from UIViewController and add the ProMotion sugar via module about promotion HOT 4 CLOSED

In the middle of a massive refactor for version 0.3.0.

Only downside is that including as a module doesn't allow for viewDidAppear: and the like to be overridden (known RubyMotion limitation). Best used extending ProMotion::Screen, AKA:

class MyScreen < ProMotion::Screen
  # stuff
end

...rather than:

class MyScreen < UIViewController
  include ProMotion::ScreenModule
end
