I think this happens because you already have an dom-element with the id 'progressbar' (line 12). When you want to bind the nanobar to this dom-element you have to use the option target:

var options = {
    bg: '#acf',
    target: document.getElementById('progressbar')
};

the ID option is used only to define a new ID to the nanobar which will be created by the script.

p.s.: in javascript you should use a comma as seperator in arrays :)
