realized computeZJMatrix was basically the same as the already existing fullMatVecACA in fast_solve.
I refactored octree so Node has a member for dZdk matrix. Now I just need to refactor fullMatVecACA to compute with the matrix in Z or dZdk based on an argument I can pass in. Then I use this in calculateScatteringMatrixDerivativeACA on octree and get rid of the copied octree that exists purely for dZdk. This will hopefully fix my problem.
