Hello, I've managed by myself (not perfectly because I don't know the algorithm of SQLTableDependency).
According to the checking, all dependency objects have been being removed & created automatically without any problem. Even, notification is working through another (non-related) table but codes didn't even enter the very begining of dependency on the speciic DB(table) when checked with test-checkpoints.
As I wrote this is happening since updates of 2 other applications, I assume some setting changes were made to local SQL Server or to the specific DB.

I ask to your excellent insight and experiences. What do I have to check now?

Hello, I remotely connected to the user's computer through Team Viewer while a go and I saw records stopped to be saved to the table any more. After the updates of 2 applications, I think the data is being saved to another table. I'm on further investigation. Thank you !

Does the SERVER hosting SqlTabledependency go to SLEEP mode?

Hello, As I know, their server never go to SLEEP mode.

I've double-checked with another user and been confirmed the data-saving table is changed to another table. Now, everything is working fine :)

Because my application is sub-application, it has a destiny which must know how the Main Applications work.
