Update `npm` when we change node version about nave HOT 5 CLOSED

If you install a node version that bundles npm, then doesn't it already do this by default?

I tried with latest and npm was old, it wouldn't even work in 0.7.x.

Hm. Works for me:

[root@79c40006-5377-4da0-b0a0-06d8c515c8cf ~]# nave use latest
Already installed: 0.7.9
using 0.7.9
[root@79c40006-5377-4da0-b0a0-06d8c515c8cf ~]# npm -v
1.1.23
[root@79c40006-5377-4da0-b0a0-06d8c515c8cf ~]# which npm
/root/.nave/installed/0.7.9/bin/npm

Is there anything in your ~/.naverc file?

Was a mistake introduced by myself when working with my other dot files.
