ngx-tour-md-menu works with @angular/[email protected] and @angular/[email protected]. I'll get it working on beta 12 soon.
So change these lines:
"@angular/cdk": "2.0.0-beta.11",
...
"@angular/material": "2.0.0-beta.11",
from ngx-tour.

I got this working with "@angular/material": "2.0.0-beta.8" and "@angular/cdk": "2.0.0-beta.8", there were some issues with other modules I had to resolve
