Allow non-forking daemon about tlsdate HOT 6 CLOSED

The current version of the daemon does not fork, which is exactly what I wanted.

(The systemd file should use Type=simple now I think.)

The current daemon is now no longer waiting for upstream patches - so
we can modify it without too much trouble. I think the feature is a
fine one and I'll put it on the TODO list. If you want to provide a
patch for this feature, I'd merge it.

Hello from space, I see that I read the exact opposite of what you
wanted as a feature. Hilariously embarassing and what I get on a night
when I did two releases in a row. :(
