Hmm, this is for customers. For payments, the dupe bug still exists, unless invoice num isn't a unique id for some reason.
I was trying to workaround the new import bug introduced on the 16th that ignored Applied$ amounts, but accidentally duped all my payments.
This means not all db's have this bug: customers do, payments don't (although it has the same dupe bug that customers used to have for Name when reimporting a unique id), not sure about others.

We have not implemented the unique id matching, we've added this to backlog.
