For Interactivity between map/graph - click on feature in map leads to loading graph:
- Pull all necessary data, have some hidden on click and only view one set at a time thru radio buttons
from about-us.

For Ability to filter graph/map data based on date:
- Two input fields corresponding to start and end dates
- Pull variables into an updateOptions refresh to change view of graph
from about-us.
