How are you sending them? Your screenshots don't match my Litmus screenshots. Given that older Outlooks rendering don't change, my instinct says something changed in the code?

@jng5 Sent from Campaign Monitor. The only thing that changed in the code was adding a <singleline/> and <unsubscribe> tag per their requirements. This should have not change anything when sending.

Make sure you have text-align:left; in the <td> where the text isn't centering.
