Save user profile/session about enviroatlas HOT 7 CLOSED

As important as this is to the user community, this will have to wait until after the Search/Filter functionality is mostly complete.

I know we are not on to this yet, but I just saw that someone has created a session widget that will save the users session. It may be helpful for this task down the road. Here is a link: https://geonet.esri.com/docs/DOC-7661

Let's deploy this and see what it does - would be good to start the capturing the additional things we'll want to be storing in a "session".

I have this widget added and ready for a pull request. I have tested it in chrome, firefox and IE (11). It works in all but IE. The widget utilizes html5 download attribute which is not supported in IE at the moment.

The widget still works in IE as far as saving your session to cookies in the browser, but will not allow you to download your session as a .json file. Widget seems to work well in Chrome and FireFox.

Any idea why the "download map" button throws a 405 HTTP Verb error? Anything we can do in IIS? Or wonky code?
