Current widget in Flex is working now with geoprocessing services from RTI and TetraTech. This flex widget should be reconfigured since it is using the "correct" HUC12 dataset and NHDPlusV2 upstream/downstream features. WATERS services do not traverse HUC12s but the stream network.
I am (Barb is) aware of other efforts and the current services are what we should use until EPA/USGS finalize any navigation of HUC12 tools.

Sure, I don't think it's a top priority, just something to have in the
queue.
