Hi Brian,
I'm not sure what version you're running but IXP Manager is under constant development. The prefix / BGPQ code is hot off the press and on went in last week (version 3.5.0 with substanial improvements in v3.5.1).

Check for schema changes from your version right through to the current version and make sure you apply them all - there's definitely a schema change required for the BGPQ code..
