What is the _view ivar? Is it the window's content view?

Sounds like your view controller is getting deallocated. Create an ivar and retain it.

Ok so i fixed the deallocing issue but now i get a EXC_BAD_ACCESS on the view

This isn't an INAppStoreWindow related issue, its a memory bug in your own code so I'm going to close this issue. My best advice would be to use the static analyzer to help guide you to where the issue is (Xcode Product menu >> Analyze) and also review the Objective-C Memory Management Rules to make sure that you're not doing something wrong.
