I've implemented deferred IRQ handling using delegates. Now all IRQ is deferred "for later", i.e. the actual IRQ handler only increments a counter (atomically) and then IRQ_handler::notify() executes delegates for all pending IRQ's.

It's conceivable that we could have a use for making this more generalized, and have other stuff be delegated for later too (i.e. calling Deferred::notify() before/after IRQ_handler::notify() - but I'm afraid it would just interfer with IRQ handling (making it slower). We (me and Paal) are also currently looking at minimizing the risk of losing interrupts - while at the same time making them extremely fast, and for that purpose we want as little code as possible to happen between IRQ-notification and "hlt". So, short answer, I'd wait with this until we see a clear use for it.

Moving to libc++ - if we'll ever use it we'll build from there.
