Building the features as pyramids is much faster than doing sets of band pass filters.

Now that we have a good core library, we need to think a bit about what the CLI and wrapper programs should look be. v0.3.0 has three functions:

• coil_correction
• `contrast_normalization
• riff

There should certainly be more. Maybe one to provide statistics about an image and optionally produce signal likelihood image. Maybe wrappers around the individual filters, or some masking functions. An image calculator is a must have, but AFNI's 3d calc is great, so duplicating that seems to be worth the effort perhaps.

From a UI point of view, Click has some nice examples. I am a fan of the git style, which would git us a set of jem blah commands. See the Click docs for details.

The CLI riff should have the option --bandpass or --no-bandpass to toggle between the two modes. This will require updating the underlying features.front_end_features.

Add GitHub action to automate release, build docs, release to PyPi, etc.
