    Projects 💻

    1. 🤖🧠🤕Stroke-Induced Motor Weakness Severity Detection
      Developed an AI-driven system to detect motor weakness severity induced by stroke using video recordings of stroke survivors under the supervision of Dr. Mohammed Almekhlafi from the Stroke Unit in the Foothills Medical Centre in Calgary, Canada and Dr. Svetlana Yanushkevich from the Biometric Technologies Lab of the University of Calgary. Leveraging a carefully gathered dataset, cutting-edge technology, and innovative data processing, I proposed a novel approach that integrates human pose estimation and time series analysis for critical healthcare applications. This project aims to enhance post-stroke patient care through innovative technology.
    2. 🤖🩻 Medical Imaging: Ultrasound Image Liver Disease Classifier
      Developed an innovative ultrasound image classifier for detecting liver diseases. This project involved leveraging advanced image processing techniques and machine learning algorithms.
    3. 🤖💃Behavior Biometrics: Time-Series Gesture Classifier
      Designed and implemented a time-series gesture classifier to analyze and recognize human gestures recorded via LeapMotion device. This project enhanced my understanding of behavioral biometrics in Action Recognition.
    4. 🧠🫱😛Neuromatch Academy (Computational Neuroscience): ECoG Brain Recordings Exploratory Data Analysis and Classification
      Contributed to a Neurotech summer school project involving analyzing and classifying hand and tongue movements from the power spectrum of electrocorticography (ECoG) brain recordings. This project deepened my understanding of the use of data science in neurotechnology and its applications.
    5. 🧠👀 NeuroAlbertaTech Hackathon: EEG-Based Eye Direction Classifier
      Collaborated on a project during a neurotech hackathon, creating an EEG-based eye direction classifier. This project honed my skills in integrating EEG data and brain signals for practical software applications.
