He's referring to how to load IFCs stored as SQL in Blender. There's actually a very specific set of conversion settings that we support that will allow this to work that I probably noted in the code somewhere but I need time to go back to it.

@ppaawweeuu Judging from the pictures in the post you've referenced, it looks like some sort of SQL Database Explorer UI (which I'm sure there's quite a few of) has been used there. Not sure, whether this is the best way to do it (or the way you intend to do it), but it is at least a way to open the files produced by the Ifc2SQL Patch. Please let me know, if this answers your question.
