Hi, sorry about the very late reply, for some reason GitHub decided not no show me notifications about this repository.
Makefile should generate it using the buildcart.py script from any 8k and 16k ROMs that you put into the ./roms directory, once done it should compile properly.

I've updated the code to build regardless if any games are supplied or not. The build should work now even when there are no games, but the produced cartridge image won't be very useful.
@devwebcl, please let me know if you still encounter any problems (if you're still interested in this project, that is).

- Cart maps to $8000-$9FFF instead of $A000-$BFFF.
