I also needed to comment out the listAdditionalConfigFiles function call.
In my setup the config_local.php is identical to config.php, which resultet in twice the performance graphs. One correct graph and one broken.

readdir should be fixed in current master, could you give it a try? Thanks for pointing me to config.php VS config_local.php, we had others with the same issue and didn't yet get enough information to figure out why we were running into this. What OS are you using, how did you install pnp4nagios?
