Can not install on my laptop about deploy-ibm-cloud-private HOT 4 OPEN

My laptop env:

Windows 7, vagrant 2.0, virtualbox 5.1.28

Updated vagrantfile:

1. Changed all time servers to 0.ubuntu.pool.ntp.org
2. Changed metering_enabled = 'false'

Unfortunately there is a issue with the cloudantdb image wherein it's doing some apt-get calls as part of the container execution startup :-( It's bad practice and will be changing in beta-3 (due out next week). I've tried to work around the problem by "pre-caching" the cloudantdb onto the VM before executing the icp installer so that the ansible playbook will only have to wait for cloudantdb to start rather than wait for it to pull the image down from docker hub (which is ~1.2 GiB in size) and start up. My best advice is to try it again and see if you have any luck getting it to work the second time. If you want to try reverting to the beta-1 (which did not include cloudantdb) you can change the version property to 2.1.0-beta-1 but you will also need to change the name of the icp installer docker image from icp-inception to cfc-installer on here.

I understand. But I suggest cloudant should considered as real optional service when install icp for better user experience.

Cloudant is an integral part of the meterics collection going forward. I understand how frustrating it can be to having something fail intermittently and I'm hopeful for a better beta 3 which should be out sometime this week. I'll be updating the Vagrantfile to use beta-3 by default once it's released.
