Closing because this is already on the roadmap and three servers is just being greedy ;)
Btw you are probably better off with one server and either ensuring your content does not need transcoding or that you use players with rich codec support (I believe you are looking at it backwards).

Three is not being greedy ;) Clients vary from android phones to Apple TV to full clients... And I would hate to reencode 20 TB data ;) But ya - if I could I would love it all to be directly played ;)
