Hm, some of these are my own purchased fonts and would have copyright issues to share. And font preference is a very "personal" choice. I would suggest doing a global search/replace to replace them to fonts you have access to. I can certainly suggest good open-source replacements:
Serif fonts: Charis, STIX Two, Libertinus (also has Sans)
Sans fonts: Source Sans 3
Monospace: Recursive Code
You can install most of these with homebrew (I use my own tap for Adobe source family as the homebrew ones are older versions). Once installed use Font Book to determine the font family names and use the ones you want:
brew install font-stix font-libertinus font-charis-sil iandol/adobe-fonts/font-source-sans font-recursive-code font-source-code-pro
For my DOCX templates I have stuck to using MS default fonts as I mostly use DOCX for generic sharing and DOCX does not embed fonts so least-common denominator is required...

Thanks, this is actually the first time I am dealing with fonts on documents and have assumed those are free. Your recommendations for replacements are really appreciated. Thanks @iandol 👍👍
