Add support for hashtags about linkifyjs HOT 3 CLOSED

Can you also differentiate between links and hashtags with a class name?
Will allow for nice styles later!

Absolutely! Right now we just have .linkified on for every discovered link, but show also add classes like .linkified-email and .linkified-hashtag
