You could try this:

var delayInMs; // undefined
phantomcss.screenshot("#feedback-form", delayInMs, '.fb-like');

Or use a CasperJS filter to stop it from loading:

casper.on('page.resource.requested', function(requestData, request) {
    if (requestData.url.indexOf('http://adserver.com') === 0) {
        request.abort();
    }
});
