SPDY devs discussed this and gave me the job of merging this into the SPDY/4 spec =/ For us, it's nicer to have sooner than later, so if you have no pref on editorial work, I'd appreciate prioritizing this ahead of other stuff.
I'm also happy to do a first pass commit and have whichever editor takes this on do all the subsequent cleanup.

I was waiting until the discussion settled down. Since it looks like it has, I was going to allocate some time tomorrow to clear it up. If you want to go faster than that, be my guest.
