rrdcached misses some graphs too

i'll be building a virtual machine this weekend and install all those services to have a closer look for possible fix, but if you happen to define any graphdef for this plugins, just pull request the fix and i'll merge it to master ;)

btw... for postgresql the config looks like (it wasn't obvious at all for me)
and to get it working you have to add a user root (possible without password to your postgresql).
without password because the config below uses local postgresql connection and is thus authenticated/pinned to the username who connects to postgres.
