Support dbQuoteIdentifier method for `src_drill` class about sergeant HOT 2 CLOSED

I retract the #ty :-)

from the glue_sql() docs:

so you need to pass con$con vs con:

glue::glue_sql("SELECT {`fields_to_select`*} FROM cp.`employee.json` LIMIT 20", .con = con$con)
## <SQL> SELECT `first_name`, `last_name` FROM cp.`employee.json` LIMIT 20

It'd be super hard to wire up all the other S4 stuff necessary for the same dispatch on Drill src objects.

Doh! I clearly didn't understand what src_drill() was doing -- wrapping the dbConnect() and src_sql() [now deprecated, BTW]) calls.
