`Honeybadger.notify` requires `error_message` to be specified when using a Hash about honeybadger-ruby HOT 4 CLOSED

# Fails
Honeybadger.notify( { error_class: StandardError } )

Error:

Honeybadger.notify` was called with invalid arguments. You must pass either an Exception or options Hash containing the `:error_message` key.

Hey @alex-tan — thanks for opening the issue! We don't want to support passing only the error_class in the options hash. We want to have both the class of the exception, and a message to go along with it, which can either be provided by an exception or by a hash that has the error class and error message.

Can you please send us an example call to notify with the arguments that you are sending and expecting to be valid payload but the validation throws an error?
