Never mind, just realized the issue.
--enableServer needs an option following it
highcharts-export-server --enableServer 1

is there a way that I just can run this server forever in my Qa Environment? just like a self hosted service deployed into IIS, Azure or AWS for example

@manuelids: You can run it using forever on windows/osx/linux/*bsd like so. If you don't want to run it using forever you can deploy it as you would any other node service (check out the environment variable section to see how to do automated installs on e.g. VPS').
