经过我测试是可以正常下载的。该错误为网络连接失败，再检查一下代理设置吧

使用的是Clash for Windows全局代理，两个机场的HK节点均有此提示

对于这个问题不能很好的帮你测试，因为我在hk服务器上没有装代理，使用的也不是win和clash。在hk服务器上直接下载是可以的

你的报错提示你被阻止访问了，换个软件开全局试试吧。比如v2rayn。
