Renaming the plugin folder to letsencrypt worked for me, since the git clone command created the folder as ajenti-letsencrypt.
Give it a try and let us know if it worked for you so the README can be updated

I'm running version v1.2.23.8
I can't see anything like "security" in my control Panel.

@bernhardmostrey solved it with certbot & cronjob for the moment.
If you need assistance just let me know.
A simple Solution, without using terminal & cronjobs would be nice. Maybe @herooutoftime could help us out!? 👍
