request 添加参数

只有 body 和header ，建议再添加 parameter吧:

Request param(String name, String value);

Url encode 后参数顺序会被打乱

有时希望 encode 出来的参数顺序跟传入的参数完全一致。某些网站可能会有这类要求。

影响：Url.query()

url path 中的非 ASCII 字符没有被正确编码

测试地址：

根据 RFC3986 ，所有非 ASCII 字符必须编码。但抓包发现实际发送的 HTTP 请求是：
