Missing TOC or Jump-Offs from README.md about docker-style-guide HOT 6 CLOSED

Ugh, Can't we just turn it into a gitbook? I created a book here https://www.gitbook.com/book/haufe-lexware/haufe-group-docker-book-startup-guide/welcome in the Haufe-Lexware Dev domain but I don't have enough juice couple it to the "Docker Style Guide". To do this, you go into Settings > GitHub In the GitHub Repo section you should be able to hook up the style guide repo as the source for this book. Otherwise the links are in SUMMARY.md?. Scott
