Emit a non-fatal error when missing a required function property about fastbuild-vscode HOT 3 CLOSED

To do:

• The XCodeProject function docs say that the XCodeOrganizationName property is required (.XCodeOrganizationName - String - (Required)), but it also says that it's optional (.XCodeOrganizationName // (optional) Organization name to set in project). Which is it?
  • The FASTBuild code shows that it's optional.
• The Executable function docs does not mark the Libraries2 property with (optional) like the other optional properties, but it doesn't seem to actually be required. Is it required or not?
  • The FASTBuild code shows that it's optional. ExeNode uses LinkerNode as a base.
• Ditto about the Libraries2 property in the DLL function docs. DLLNode uses LinkerNode as a base.
• ObjectList's and Library's CompilerOutputPath property is optional but the FASTBuild docs incorrectly say it's required.

Created FASTBuild PR #976 to fix the docs to mark the various properties as optional.
