For what it's worth, I'm in favour. Who's the best owner for it? Alexander,
Luis, and you?

Any news on the PHP repo being moved to github? Some folk have already
created a fork and they posted to the hamcrest mailing list about it
without reply
https://groups.google.com/d/msg/hamcrest-dev/d1nef1_pB70/kgZzsq3m9bMJI'm asking here as I don't know where else to ask...

@offbyone yes I think so. We should probably get some try and get some input from @dharkness, as he maintain(s|ed) the php version originally, last I spoke to him he wasn't doing much work with PHP so was less inclined to work on it. Hopefully he'll be happy to pass the torch.

@davedevelopment good motion

Thanks @davedevelopment .
@offbyone you can add me and @cordoval to Hamcrest organization and then give us push/pull access to new repo for php port. We can do the migration (the copy/paste from @cordoval's repo) ourselves. Also make sure to enable GitHub's issue tracker for this repo as well.
Once we're done, then you can put a notice on GoogleCode, that now official place for PHP port is here.

The hamcrest-php project is now migrated with history at
https://github.com/hamcrest/hamcrest-php
@aik099 https://github.com/aik099 and
@cordovalhttps://github.com/cordoval are
added as members to it.
I'll leave the bookkeeping about google code links (which I can't change)
and the packagist changes to you, Alexander, or to Luis.

I have hooked it to travis and packagist and now I am thinking on deactivating my fork on github and packagist, i have also hooked the scrutinizer webhook as in my fork. Sending now some PRs to update cordoval->hamcrest vendor name. I have removed cordoval/hamcrest-php from github.

we can close the issue now that everything has been moved
