How to install component which on svn with authentication about private-bower HOT 5 CLOSED

Think you should use ssh

I don't understand. What's the meaning of "use ssh"? I know what's ssh ,it's a linux remote access way. But what's the relationship between ssh and svn repository?

And do not switch svn repo caching on, as private-bower cannot handle custom ssh keys etc. :)

I found what the problem is

function _getRepoCache(repoUrl) {
        if(repoUrl.indexOf('svn+') !== -1) {
            return _svnRepoCache;
        }

        return _gitRepoCache;
    }

My svn repo url is : http://61.191.191.75:7777/repos/trunk/testmybowerpublish
So private-bower determine that my repo is a git repo.

That's ok for me when I add "svn+" before repo url now.
