I'm not sure why your start icon had typo, that's very odd. But in general there is a starting directory that is by default %HOMEDRIVE%\%HOMEPATH% as explained in the readme. If you run from command line and don't specify that starting location, then it will shift, since the starting location is used to set where everything is.
