Looks like you're trying VolDiff on a Windows system. It only supports Linux at the moment.

Thanks for the reply. Will be changing my environment. Can I check is it able to run with volatility 2.6 for Win10 Profiles?

I've mostly tested it against Windows 7 images. Not sure if it would work on Windows 10 images, although it should at least execute the plugins...

Any idea if Voldiff can work with volatility 2.6 on a Linuxmint 18.1? i have been running into issues trying to get my system up.

It's a standalone script, no need for build (the file setup.py does not even exist).
