现在的版本，msa官网都要申请证书了，咱app还不给证书，真是服了

之前大楷看过，MSA要证书是用来验证调用者使用MSA SDK的合法性，手机厂商没有做证书限制，获取手机OAID无需使用证书。

注意，这个项目的初衷主要是针对个人开发者的APP，个人开发者使用不了 MSA 的SDK，企业的APP应该去用 MSA 的 SDK。
