That sounds like the tap event is working as it should on the first two links whereas you are seeing click events on the second. Gumby loads in a custom jQuery mobile build on touch devices and switches to tap events for all UI modules which gives us a huge performance gain. Are you seeing a 404 for jQuery mobile on touch devices?
The jQuery mobile file is loaded in gumby.init.js (and optimised gumby.min.js build obviously) and uses a relative path, can you switch to an absolute path? I am currently working on building in a Gumby.path() method so this can be set dynamically.
