Hello,
I try it and it's ok. With PHP, I have this result when it's checked
print_r($_POST);
# the result
Array ( [checkbox] => Array ( [0] => 1 ) )from gumby.

Can you confirm the hidden input is being checked successfully? There's nothing special going on here other than checking the hidden input when the pretty checkbox is clicked.
