In fact all notifications should be reworked: having multiple pop ups is just so cumbersome to use...

Civ5 has a better approch for instance: all notifications appear in the bottom righ corner, with a distinctive icon and a small text. The user can click on it to display it full-screen or right click to discard.

They could be a small framed button with label + sprite.

Still to be done:

• check the player choose a discovery before allowing to discard the notification
• discard notifications when read (diplomacy) or applied (a discovery was chosen)
• let discard read-only notifications by right-clicking them
• block next turn button until all notifications are discarded
