SpartianBioinformatics's Projects
This MATLAB code is designed to solve and analyze the Fitz-Hugh-Nagumo equations, which are a set of nonlinear equations that can be used to model the dynamics of a neuron's action potential firing.
This code creates a graphical user interface (GUI) in MATLAB that allows a user to run a Logistic Growth Simulation allowing the user to define starting population size, percent noise, growth rate, and time step; to observe the effects of each biologically.
Analysis of RNA sequence secondary structural changes due to known induced SNP locations. Matlab Bioinformatics, Machine learning, Parallel Computing, toolboxes are required for this script to run properly.
