I'm sorry to say it's quite likely the script no longer works. Scripts that scrape / manipulate web pages are quite fragile and susceptible to breaking if the structure of the website they target is changed.

Facebook changes so often I imagine the script has been broken for some time now.

The source code is provided in case you want to mess around with it and see if you can get it working. Not sure how much of a coder you are.

I built the script originally by using facebook to delete posts and watching the AJAX that facebook itself was using to send the delete commands, then I wrote some code to mimic that and repeat it. If you want to fix the script one approach would be to do the same thing, look at the AJAX message that facebook sends now, and compare that to the one in the script to see what might have changed.

Thanks for the reply. I tried messing with it, but couldn't get it to work. Fortunately Facebook now provides a 'Delete Account' option that completely (or so they say) deletes all user data.
