The WebUI is not made by me, @luc-github is the author. When I check the v3 repository it seems only english is provided for now.

Your settings are ok, but is your index.html.gz the correct one? Downloaded from here?
Open the maintenance page with http://192.168.2.226/?forcefallback=yes, delete the current index.html.gz and upload the latest grblHAL version.
