Is this link the most accurate description?
I guess I'm not following here. Are you referring to the guidelines it talks about? the workflow?
And by the way, who can/should tag this Issue as a "Question"? I thought I would be able to do that.
Should be off to the right in the sidebar under "labels." You have to click the cog icon and select the label name.
