The rc zap is kinda weird, the damage occurs within a spherical range, while the visual zap trail range is within box which includes a larger volume than the sphere. Also I think the visual zap trail works through map surfaces, but the damage doesn't. Five questions:
- Should the damage range be increased?
- Should the damage range and visual zap trail range match?
- If the answer got question 2 is yes, should the matched range be spherical, or should it be a box?
- Should the visual zap trail work through map surfaces?
- Should the damage work through map surfaces?

- Fix rapid fire bug on the last clip with remainder ammo using reload.
- Have teammate names and health with a health bar appear over the teammates when looking at them, similar to health bars with buildables.

- For Vanilla mode and Swirl mode, make the adv goon bbox size and model size match the settings from 1.1 vanilla
- Port some old popular HUDs to 1.3
- Make various adjustments for the 1.3 Vanilla mode to better match 1.1 vanilla game play. HOT 3
