It seems that if dataSource.url
is setting, HibernateSpec will not care about environments.${env}.dataSource.url
.

This is not a bug and is working as intended. Please review the documentation on datasources. As stated in section 4.4.1 of the above listed documentation if you configure your dataSource as follows
dataSource {
...
url: jdbc:h2:mem:defaultDb
...
}
it assumes you wish to use the same dataSource url for all interactions (Note: This is how you have it configured in your provided example). If you wish to use a url specified by environment you should not have a url specified in the primary dataSource
block.

I wish I could set all environments have a same dataSource except one. So I set a public dataSource config, but I wish a specified environment could override it.
And in fact this works for integration test and running application, but not work for HibernateSpec
unit test.
