So to specifiy the location of the certs though the command line, you have to use it like this:
mimirtool alertmanager get --address=http://localhost:9009 --id=1 --tls-cer-path=./path
You have to use these flags with the commands (e.g. get, load, delete) or alternatively set them as env vars.
I could have a go at adding a "set" command to update these flags through the CLI?
